We are delighted to announce that on September 30, 2024, our Partner, Matt Liu, was invited by the Graduate Institute of Technology Management at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST) to deliver a lecture on "AI and Competition Law." During the session, Matt introduced the characteristics of generative AI and explored key competition law topics such as abuse of dominance, concerted actions, vertical restraints, and merger control within the AI value chain. His clear and accessible explanations helped students gain a deeper understanding of the challenges competition law may face in the AI era. After the class, students were excited to take a group photo with Matt. This project was supported by our lawyers, Joey Chang, Ariel Liu, and Paul Chang.
