Our team, led by Partner Yvonne Liu, with key members Yichu Chen and Sheila Hu, successfully advised Mitsubishi Electric Corporation in its participation in HD Renewable Energy (HDRE)’s first private placement, through which Mitsubishi Electric will become one of HDRE’s top 10 shareholders.
