Lynn Lin is a partner with Tsar & Tsai Law Firm and has practiced for more than 20 years. Lynn focuses her work on the fields of cross-border transactions and has advised on a wide variety of cross-border M&A, joint venture, private placement, corporate financing and other investment projects in energy, biotech, high-tech, manufacturing, and telecommunication sectors.

Lynn has represented multinational companies, private equity funds and institutional investors in their M&A projects, tender offer and privatization and strategic investments in Taiwan. Lynn constantly assists the clients in investment structure planning, pre- and post- investment restructuring, preparing and negotiating transaction documents, obtaining regulatory approvals, and advises on corporate governance matters.

In addition to her transaction works, Lynn has represented many multinational companies in their business expansion in Taiwan, assisting the clients to establish local presence and employment system. Lynn is familiar with employment laws, and has represented clients on employment matters, advised the clients on the local employment law regime, and assisted the clients to negotiate with employees when necessary.

Lynn is currently a member of Corporate Governance and M&A Committee and the Commercial Law Committee of the Taipei Bar Association.
