Anthony Hsieh’s specialties include governmental procurement, administrative regulation and compliance, and energy law.

He has represented international and domestic clients in negotiation, settlement, mediation, litigation of commercial disputes in many transnational litigation and arbitration cases. He also has represented multiple international clients in cross broader M&A cases concerning infrastructure and energy sector. He has profound experiences in conducting legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction agreements.

He is one of the members with Tsar and Tsai energy team to advise international investors in several renewable energy projects. As to project finance in energy sector, Anthony has participated in several leading cases in Taiwan to serve as lenders’ local counsel and assists on multiple offshore wind projects for financing.

Before joining Tsar & Tsai, Anthony Hsieh clerked for the Justice of the Taiwan Constitutional Court and dealt with cases regarding judicial review of constitutionality
