INTRODUCTION
Ms. Lillian Chu is a senior partner with Tsar & Tsai Law Firm. She has practiced extensively on arbitration and dispute resolution, trade and investment, real estate and construction, finance, BOT and projects, government procurement, project finance, mergers & acquisitions, and energy law for more than thirty years.
Lillian has represented many well-known domestic and foreign clients on projects such as metro rapid transit system, high speed rail project, highway electronic toll system, power plants, renewable energy projects, shopping arcade, and hotel projects in Taipei World Trade Center complex. Lillian has vast experience in domestic and international arbitration and she has assisted many clients in resolution of disputes relating to trade and investments, construction and infrastructure projects and cross-border transactions. Lillian has also constantly advised clients on investment structure and negotiating strategies, joint venture, technology cooperation, bidding for procurement projects, and energy related long term contractual arrangement.
Lillian is an Executive Board Supervisor of the Chinese International Economic Cooperation Association, and an Executive Board Member of the ROC Arbitration Association. Lillian was a Member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, and a Consultation Member of Committee for Examining Procurement Petitions of the Public Construction Commission, Executive Yuan. She was also an Executive Board Member and a Supervisor of Taipei Bar Association.
