Tsar & Tsai successfully represented TECO Electric & Machinery Co., Ltd. (TECO) in its share exchange and collaboration transaction with Walsin Lihwa whereby TECO issued new shares in exchange of new shares of Walsin Lihwa.  The transaction was completed in January 2021. (Lynn Lin / Alex Cheng)
